Chapter 467
"Giveback my company! And, you will also helpget my men out!" the South Regent said to Nolan.
Nolan refused to help, but when he saw the phone in the South Regent's hand, he had no other choice but to
agree.
"Fine, but you have to givethe phone," he said in a low voice.
The South Regent chuckled. “I know what you're thinking. | can't give you the phone."
Nolan said through gritted teeth, "Are you going to hold on to it and use it againstat any time?"
The South Regent pushed the phone back to Ethan, saying, "Lord Rivers, I'll have to trouble you to hold on to
that for now."
Then, he turned back to Nolan and said, "Now that Lord Rivers has the phone, is there anything else you'd like to
say?"
Nolan fell silent. With Ethan holding onto the evidence, there was nothing he could say. The South Regent could
no longer threaten him, but it also meant he had to hold on to his promise.
The South Regent smiled at Nolan's silence and said, "It's a deal."
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtNolan wanted not to see the South Regent anymore. His heart was heavy. The company he had fought so hard to
wrest away from South Regent was now gone, and on top of that, he had to break the law to help the South
Regent release his men.
"Lord Rivers, can you please save Stephen?"
Nolan had not forgotten why he chere in the first place.
Stephen had suffered a devastating blow. He was still alive, but it was as if his spirit had already withered. Nolan
feared Stephen might not make it through the night if no one intervened.
"No," Ethan answered succinctly,
Why would he save his enemy? Instead of wasting tthinking about a useless person, he would rather plan
what to have for dinner.
Nolan got nervous. "It's urgent. | know there's bad blood between you and Stephen,

but this is a matter of life and death!"
"That's not what he thought when he got people killed," Ethan explained. * Nolan looked down. "Stephen's life is
much more important than others." Ethan chuckled. "If you're desperate to save him, I'll tell you how.
"Jeremy is here. Take him back and then spread the word that you're offering a huge reward to find Snow. When
both Jeremy and Snow are standing before Stephen, he'll recover."
Nolan's eyes lit up.
"Thank you, Lord Rivers!" He was thrilled.
"Hahaha!" The South Regent burst out laughing.
"What's so funny?" Nolan frowned.
"I'm laughing at you, dumb ass. Stephen Quinn wronged Jeremy, and Jeremy knows all your dirty. If you bring
Jeremy back, it's purely suicidal.
"And there's Snow. Don't forget that she's a criminal and has close ties with Stephen. Even if she's alive, what
would people think? That Stephen used his influence to shelter a criminal? You're not trying to save him; you're
digging him a deeper grave.
"Not to mention, openly seeking out a criminal just to reunite her with Stephen? You'll end up in just as much
trouble as he will."
Nolan froze, his earlier expression gone.

cost? Your death or the Spencers will pay a dear price."
Nolan was petrified.
"What? How?" He looked at Ethan anxiously. "Lord Rivers, this plan is flawed."
"There's nothing wrong with it. You said it yourself that Stephen's life is more important. If that's the case, then
sacrificing your own life and the future of your family to save him seems perfectly fair. | have provided you with
the solution. You can go now and save Stephen," Ethan said.
Nolan's jaw dropped, but no words cout.
What kind of solution was that?
